nailing it!

hi all!

some of you may know me as the creator of HARE polish. i used to post updates here on this ol’ blog but i have been working so hard in various departments of my life that i haven’t been painting my nails regularly… therefore not posting here!

hi everyone. i wanted to post an update here because i’ve been getting a lot of questions about the next HARE polish shop restock. 

at this time, i am not sure when i’m going to restock. i’m working on a new method of filling bottles and there is a lot of trial and error involved. also a couple of the glitters i have been using have been discontinued and now i’m scouring the depths of the world to find comparable glitters. long story short, i’ve hit quite a few little bumps in the road and i just need to sit down and figure it out! 

aside from that, i’m busier than ever at my job and home life and i’m just… trying to readjust in all departments of my life. 

i may hold some sporadic small openings in the future, or maybe i will figure it out sooner than anticipated but at this time, the shop is closed indefinitely. 

thanks for understanding. when HARE rebounds, i hope to be back with the halloween 2011 collection and also a new one that is already in the works! 

quick update… kaila at TKB emailed me back this morning, she “is hopeful that they will have the bases in about 20 days.” here’s hoping. 

welp. it pains me to write this. TKB trading is out of their lacquer base, which is arguably the most important ingredient in the CREEPS halloween 2011 collection. they are “investigating continued availability” which means… i can’t make any halloween lacquers until this is cleared up. please stay tuned for any updates. i do intend to make my halloween collection available at some point, somehow, hopefully. i wanted everyone to have their paws on it for halloween but it looks like that is rather impossible. i will keep you updated.

i wanted to let you guys know that i will be restocking the store tonight, september 22nd, 2011 at 8:00 pm, california time with the 4 “core” polishes… a positive, bisbee, archipelago & pegasus. there will be approximately 20 of each color available. 

please note! if you miss this sale, i will definitely be restocking these colors at least one more time in the near future. i know this is short notice - i know! and i’m sorry! because i am doing this mostly independently + i work a full time job… it becomes difficult to time everything out perfectly.

secret time: this sale came out of nowhere because it needs to pay for creating my halloween collection! i’ve been working on this for a couple months now, it’s starting to come together and i hope to have that collection available (+ more bottles of the “core” collection) at the end of this month.

hey guys! 

i am going to update the store in about ONE HOUR with as many polishes as one resident mixer/shaker and one resident labeler can possibly make. sorry this is such short notice but i just got back from a trip to los angeles and surveyed my inventory. 

BUT. please note - this is going to be a PRE-ORDER as i don’t have all the polishes pre-made this time. so please expect a bit of a delay in shipping time. we’re going to be working like mad scientists over here to get all orders out ASAP though! 

now, this is going to be the last time i stock the store until further notice, as i am working on the fall collection, and i am also about to move! (aghhh!) because i am clearing out my inventory before the move, i am only selling whatever i have ingredients for at this time, which is the following:
